מחיקת החשבון באפליקציית סיבוב

את האפליקציה סיבוב מפעיל Ironic.

באפליקציה

במסך "השיעורים של היום", לחצו "חשבון", ואז "מחיקת החשבון" ואשרו. החשבון נמחק מהשרת מיד, וגם השיעורים שבטלפון.

בלי האפליקציה

שלחו אימייל אל [email protected] מהכתובת שאיתה נכנסתם, עם הנושא "מחיקת חשבון". נמחק את החשבון תוך 30 יום ונאשר באימייל.

מה נמחק

כתובת האימייל, מזהה החשבון והשם (אם שיתפתם אותו בכניסה עם Apple, או בכניסה עם Google, יחד עם הקישור לתמונת הפרופיל). בכניסה עם Apple אנחנו גם מבטלים את ההרשאה ש-Apple נתנה לאפליקציה. בכניסה עם Google, מחיקה מתוך האפליקציה מסירה אותה גם מהחשבון שלכם ב-Google. לא נשאר אצלנו שום מידע על החשבון.

Delete your Sivuv account

Sivuv is run by Ironic.

In the app

On "Today's lessons", tap "Account", then "Delete account", and confirm. The account is deleted from our server at once, and so are the lessons on the phone.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your email address, account ID and name (if you shared it with Sign in with Apple, or with Sign in with Google, with your profile picture link). For Sign in with Apple accounts we also revoke the access Apple gave the app. For Google accounts, deleting in the app also removes the app from your Google account. We keep nothing about the account.
