התנאים האלה חלים על השימוש באפליקציית סיבוב, שמפעיל Ironic ("אנחנו"). שימוש באפליקציה הוא הסכמה להם.

מה האפליקציה עושה

סיבוב מתכננת מסלולים לשיעורי נהיגה ונותנת הנחיות ניווט. היא כלי עזר למורה נהיגה מקצועי.

בטיחות ואחריות בנהיגה

• האחריות לנהיגה בטוחה ולשמירה על החוק היא של הנהג ושל מורה הנהיגה, תמיד. שלטי התנועה, הסימון בכביש, הוראות שוטר ותנאי הדרך גוברים על כל הנחיה של האפליקציה.
• המסלולים, זמני הנסיעה ונתוני התנועה מגיעים מספקי מפות ועלולים להיות שגויים, חסרים או לא עדכניים. אל תבצעו פעולה לא חוקית או לא בטוחה כי האפליקציה הורתה עליה.
• אין להפעיל את הטלפון בזמן נהיגה בניגוד לחוק. האפליקציה מיועדת להפעלה על ידי המורה היושב ליד הנהג.

החשבון

אתם אחראים לחשבון ולמה שנעשה בו. אפשר למחוק אותו בכל עת (מחיקת חשבון). אנחנו רשאים להשעות חשבון שמשתמש באפליקציה לרעה.

המידע שלכם

ראו מדיניות הפרטיות. פרטי התלמידים שאתם מזינים נשמרים בטלפון שלכם, ואתם אחראים לקבל את הסכמתם לכך.

אחריות

האפליקציה ניתנת כפי שהיא (AS IS). ככל שהחוק מתיר, אנחנו לא אחראים לנזק שנגרם משימוש בה, כולל איחור לשיעור, קנס או תאונה.

שינויים

אנחנו עשויים לעדכן את האפליקציה ואת התנאים. בשינוי מהותי נודיע באפליקציה.

דין

These terms apply to the use of Sivuv, run by Ironic ("we"). Using the app means you accept them.

What the app does

Sivuv plans routes for driving lessons and gives navigation guidance. It is an aid for a professional driving instructor.

Safety and responsibility

• Safe driving and obeying the law are always the responsibility of the driver and the driving instructor. Road signs, road markings, police instructions and road conditions come before any guidance from the app.
• Routes, travel times and traffic data come from map providers and can be wrong, missing or out of date. Never do anything illegal or unsafe because the app told you to.
• Do not use the phone while driving where the law forbids it. The app is meant to be used by the instructor in the passenger seat.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and what is done with it. You can delete it at any time (Delete your account). We may suspend an account that misuses the app.

Your data

See the privacy policy. Student details you enter stay on your phone, and you are responsible for having their consent.

Liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by using it, including a late lesson, a fine or an accident.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. If a change matters, we tell you in the app.
